Toss Your Worries – With Affirmations

Why: Toss Your Worries helps students reflect on their current energy level and identify what in their life, or their day, could be causing them stress or worry.
By identifying the stress and worry students then can practice letting it go, bringing more calm and peaceful thoughts into their mind. Use this worksheet to help your students regulate themselves through mindfulness, yoga, and affirmations.
Tip: After practicing this activity with your students a few times, ask them to help you come up with the affirmations they’d like to say at the end of Toss Your Worries.
