We Are All Leaders of School Well-Being

Relying on our evidence-based CASEL SELect approach, we used a human-centered design process to adapt the Surgeon General’s Workplace Mental Health and Well-Being Framework to reflect the needs of administrators, staff, and educators in schools today.

Every staff member deserves a support system that puts their well-being first. Join the movement to learn and apply nurturing well-being skills and tools, elevating your community. Learn not only how to support your own wellness but how to lead with collective well-being in mind.

By elevating voices of the different communities within a school, this certification (course work once a month, weekly self-care opportunities and 4 in-person retreat experiences in Chicago) aims to build leadership capacity and create sustainable systems of well-being and support.

Certification is open to Administrators, Superintendents, Principals, Assistant Principals, Aspiring Leaders, Teachers, Paraprofessionals, Union Reps, Social Workers, Counselors, Deans & Parents or Guardians under these 3 Tracks/Cohorts: Leadership, School Staff or Parents/ Guardians.

Illinois Administrators' Academy Professional DevelopmentIllinois Administrators’ Academy credit is now available for those who complete the certification! Take advantage of this amazing opportunity!
