Class Catalyst is changing the way schools practice Social Emotional Learning, as a solutions-focused platform that puts student and teacher well-being first by providing space for them to communicate and practice personalized self-regulation techniques.

The Check-In

First thing in the morning, or at the start of a new lesson, students check-in on the platform and share how they are feeling. This helps students practice Self-Awareness, all in under three minutes.

Practices with Light-Touch Interventions

Based on their check-in data, students are given a selection of individualized strategies to help them build their self-awareness further, and increase their regulation skills. Activities are offered in both text and video format and students get to select an activity that works best for them in the moment.

Analytics

As the students complete their check-in and related mindfulness strategy, the teacher is provided real-time data, with actionable insights to help them meet their students’ well-being needs.

Data Drives Experience

In addition to this real-time data, teachers, administrators and counselors also have access to longitudinal data. This data (both aggregated and disaggregated) coupled with student voice, takes the guesswork out of prevention.
