EDUCATOR SERVICES
Mindful Practices provides in-class coaching and modeling for districts across the country to empower educators with Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) strategies to embed into their instruction. Relaxed teachers teach better. Relaxed students learn better!
We utilize Mindfulness, Yoga and Social-Emotional Learning strategies to create equitable learning environments.
Mindful Practices has been empowering teachers and students worldwide for more than a decade.
