What:
A well-being retreat, in a calming, natural, beautiful setting. Plenty of learning, sharing, journaling, team building, co-creation, self-exploration, and laughter with the support of a caring CPS community. Build community, explore what collective well-being ACTUALLY means, and create space for healing.

This restorative retreat experience is designed with the busy schedules of administrators, leaders, and district team members in mind.
The arrival and departure times are structured so that building-level administrators can have time to check in at their schools both before they leave for the retreat and upon returning to the city. The arrival and departure times are also set so that attendees can avoid peak traffic times to/from Chicago. We hope that it’s close enough to be convenient and far enough away that your teams will handle business while you are with us!
Schedule:
Attendees arrive at 10am CT each retreat day (9am CT on Friday).
Optional: Spend the night.

The retreat center, Goldberry Woods, is located approximately 75 minutes from downtown Chicago. We chose a natural setting, away from the city, so that participants can decompress and relax.
