SEL In-Class Coaching/Modeling
Classroom teachers are able to experience movement and SEL activities alongside their students with the guidance of a Mindful Practices SEL coach. These 25-minute sessions focus on mindfulness and SEL activities not only to get students moving and breathing but to also strengthen their self-awareness, self-regulation and interpersonal skills.
Teacher PD Training
Mindful Practices provides a professional development experience that empowers teachers to use relaxation, breathing and yoga in the classroom to create a calmer and more ready-to-learn classroom environment. The collaborative format provides teachers with unique classroom management techniques and incorporates SEL, Yoga and Wellness activities. The training is designed to show teachers how to integrate more SEL, mindfulness and movement into the classroom setting in order to improve student self-awareness, self-regulation and interpersonal skills.
Teacher/School Staff Wellness Workshops
Our Wellness Workshops are geared towards educator self-care, engage participants in relaxation, breathing, and yoga exercises to help them recharge and renew.
Online SEL Certification
Explore trauma-informed practices, mindfulness, and well-being via SEL competencies such as self-awareness and self-regulation, this is also a window to build a supportive community of educators and combat the loneliness of social-isolation and increased screen time. 10-class SEL Training Program will begin live streaming on Wednesday, March 25th. However, with open enrollment, you can join at any time and work through the program at your own pace.
